Are Atlas products digital or physical?

Atlas is being built as a digital-first shop. Most products are planned as downloads. Print Shop items may be physical later when fulfillment is configured.

When will I receive my download?

After digital delivery is fully configured, download access should be provided after checkout or by email.

Why are some items still drafts?

Draft items are internal product shells. They need final files, images, delivery settings, and review before activation.

Who do I contact for help?

Use the Contact page and include your order number, checkout email, and product name.
